Hi, I’m Natasha.
I help people identify and process their emotions in healthy, manageable ways. I support my clients in building secure, fulfilling relationships, and in establishing boundaries with others and themselves. It is important to me to maintain a warm, down-to-earth presence while creating deep relationships with my clients.
Some of the core beliefs in my approach:
- While anxiety and depression are the most common reasons people seek therapy, I view these mental health challenges as breadcrumbs or ‘check engine’ lights – symptoms that reveal areas of unresolved pain.
- We become more alive and free when we heal our traumas and childhood wounds. While we don’t seek to live in the past, it is important to understand how the past has impacted us.
- Knowing our ‘Self’ – who we are at our core – is vital information that can help to combat things like insecurity, indecisiveness, perfectionism, loneliness, and lack of direction.

What To Expect
Therapy that is relational.
The therapeutic relationship is a significant predictor in whether or not your experience is positive and helpful. It should feel supportive and collaborative. Within this relationship, you get to practice seeing yourself in new ways, experience an affirming presence reflected back to you, and move through the ebbs and flows of human relating from a place of safety and consistency. It is a team effort that focuses its energy on your healing.
