Hi, I’m Natasha.

I help people identify and process their emotions in healthy, manageable ways. I support my clients in building secure, fulfilling relationships, and in establishing boundaries with others and themselves. It is important to me to maintain a warm, down-to-earth presence while creating deep relationships with my clients.

Some of the core beliefs in my approach:

  • While anxiety and depression are the most common reasons people seek therapy, I view these mental health challenges as breadcrumbs or ‘check engine’ lights – symptoms that reveal areas of unresolved pain.
  • We become more alive and free when we heal our traumas and childhood wounds. While we don’t seek to live in the past, it is important to understand how the past has impacted us.
  • Knowing our ‘Self’ – who we are at our core – is vital information that can help to combat things like insecurity, indecisiveness, perfectionism, loneliness, and lack of direction.

Clients most commonly attend sessions biweekly, although we will explore a pace that is best for your unique journey so you feel supported, while also allowing enough ‘downtime’ between sessions to process what you’re working on.
